We’re looking for a Digital Advertising and SEO Specialist to join our growing team!

To support our recent growth and varied client projects, we need a highly organised and experienced Digital Advertising and SEO Specialist with a focus on creation, maintenance, and optimization of online ad and organic search campaigns.. This role covers the creation, implementation, management, optimisation, and reporting of online ad campaigns for clients across Google and Social Media platforms. It will also require the insight and ability to coordinate the paid campaign activity with a strategic SEO strategy for clients. Our business is fast-paced, exciting and dynamic and we are looking for a flexible dynamic individual, who thrives in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying suitable digital platforms for clients to advertise on.
  • Preparing monthly and annual schedules for paid online marketing activity.
  • Daily monitoring of campaigns to ensure optimum performance.
  • Managing budget distribution across the best-performing channel, brand, keyword while maintaining profitability and maximising ROI.
  • Analyse trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to liaise with other specialists and internal departments to maximise results for clients.
  • Create and present informative and insightful reports to demonstrate campaign results.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities within the Paid Search landscape that are relevant for the brand (audience targeting, new platforms, etc).
  • Presenting digital marketing recommendations to prospective clients and advising on SEO best practices.
  • Optimising SEO performance in line with digital marketing strategy and objectives for clients.
  • Liaising with internal digital team to coordinate and manage SEO (onsite, offsite and content-led).
  • Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends and developments.

Must have:

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Google Adwords Certification
  • Facebook Business Manager and Advertising Experience
  • An agile approach to online advertising with the ability to quickly recognise campaigns underperformance and adjust accordingly.
  • Proven results in managing PPC campaigns
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data. (google analytics/internal packages)
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
  • Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A creative and innovative approach to digital marketing strategy.
