Digital Advertising Executive

We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Executive to join our growing team!

To support our recent growth and varied client projects, we need a highly organised and experienced Digital Advertising Executive to join our team. This role covers client digital ad management, marketing strategy, client account management and digital marketing projects. Our business is fast paced, exciting and dynamic and we are looking for a flexible dynamic individual, who thrives in a busy environment.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Assisting the account management and digital advertising team to help with client retention and growth. 
  • Management of clients digital ad accounts – Google ads, Facebook etc. 
  • Optimise and measure performance of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations to the team. 
  • Bring value to all client accounts by presenting new ideas, innovative solutions and fresh thinking to all campaigns. 
  • Preparation of presentations and reports for client presentations to senior levels of client organisations.
  • Assist with email marketing and website content. 
  • Collaborate with the design team for client accounts. 
  • Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic industry  insights at all times. 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience at executive level in an agency.
  • Experience in digital advertising, across Google and various social media channels is essential for this role.  Excellent understanding of social media insights and reports as well as experience with Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter ad platforms is required.
  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business.
  • Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organisations.
  • A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables.
  • Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organisational skills in a fast paced environment; to assist with client account development. 
  • Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations. 
  • Passion about customer delivery – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients. 

     The Person:

  • Degree in digital marketing and/or advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing, including advertising.
  • The successful candidates must possess excellent reporting and analytical skills to ensure achievement of KPIs. Experience with Google Analytics is required, some knowledge of Google Tag Manager would be a plus. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated.
