i-Connect is an approved Apple product reseller with retail presence in Henry Street, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre and Whitewater Shopping Centre and an online retail store i-connect.ie. The brief i-Connect gave izest was to optimise their website and social media presence to improve their conversions online.
The Solution
We began with a research project to understand the current positioning for i-Connect within their market by reviewing behaviour trends, external influences, competitors, Apple regulations and stock limitations. We completed a UX and SEO audit of their existing website and social media channels and created a comprehensive report listing our recommendations and a roadmap for implementing improvements.
This led to a number of changes to the UX and design of the website to optimise it for website conversions. This also included the addition of a new menu, new steps in the checkout process, product compare tools, as well as implementing upselling and cross selling options across the website.
The Results 
Following the implementation of our work, i-Connect saw over 400% growth in sales through their website. Not only that, the website is now more user friendly and more identifiable to the Apple customer in terms of a shopping experience. We have also implemented this astechic across iConnect’s social media channels.
