What is the Brand Discovery Programme?

The Brand Discovery Programme is applicable to both new StartUps who are trying to find their brand identity and established businesses who have lost sight of theirs and need to refocus. The process takes 6-8 weeks and includes an initial research phase, 2 face to face/virtual workshops and then the presentation of the bespoke outputs like a brand book, social media strategy, website audit etc.

Following the research phase, izest Marketing will facilitate the first of 2 workshops. Workshop 1 will focus on:

Workshop 2 will begin with a presentation of the findings from session 1, combined with the research gathered in the initial 2 weeks to give the business context on where they feel they are in comparison to their actual market positioning, that of their competitors and their target market behaviours. This allows for a discussion on the final direction to take the brand and it is at this point that we discuss the values, vision, mission and next steps for the business.

The key output from the Brand Discovery Programme is the Brand Book and this should be one of the most valuable documents you own as a business. This is the definitive brand document that outlines who you are as a brand, your brand story, your tone of voice, your customer personas, your values, vision and mission etc. It should form a part of all future decisions for the brand as all marketing campaigns and growth strategies should align with it. In addition to the brand book, we will agree on up to 2 add on deliverables which may include a 6-12 month marketing plan, website audit, SEO audit, social media strategy, launch campaign strategy, digital ads set up etc.
